1) The Breeder guarantees the puppy/dogs health for a period of 10 days from the time it leaves the kennel. 2) Hips and eyes are guaranteed at 24 months of age. 3) CKC Registration papers will be provided (this may take up to 8 months). 4) The breeder guarantees the temperament and birdyness of the puppy/dog.
Should the puppy fail to meet the conditions of the guarantee, it will be replaced from a future litter provided: v The puppy/dog is returned to the breeder, all transportation expenses for return and replacement to be born by the buyer v The dog has not been used for breeding. Or a partial refund of ___________ will be given the buyer provided: 1) A certificate of spay/neuter is provided from a vet. 2) The dog has not been used for breeding.
